What we can document matters more than what we can claim.
Evidence standards and verified impact measures for field documentation, education, referrals, geographic coverage, and before/after cases.
Current status
The evidence system is under development. Public metrics appear only when definitions and source records support them; unsupported projections are not substituted for measured results.
Core measures
Reports documented, locations assessed, educational modules completed, residents reached, service referrals generated, geographic coverage, and before/after cases.
Evidence rules
Activity is not automatically impact. Definitions are versioned, duplicate activity is controlled, geography matters, and resolution requires evidence.
Limitations
Interpretation should account for reporting bias, uneven geographic participation, incomplete follow-up, changing conditions, inaccessible locations, duplicates, uncertain causality, and differing observation periods.
