STREETS Oakland
STREETS Oakland documents recurring public-space conditions, human-verifies evidence, links public source records where available, and produces corridor-level reporting for residents and institutional partners.
It complements official systems such as OAK311; it does not replace OAK311, emergency services, or any official City of Oakland system.
Privacy and independence rules include conditions-not-people review, no biometric identification, no person tracking, no encampment targeting, no person-based prediction, and a published conflict-of-interest firewall separating STREETS evidence from Pure Street commercial services.
