OaklandStreets.live and STREETS Oakland contain original materials, software, documentation, research, design, compilations, analytical materials, and other qualifying intellectual property created by or for Eric-Michael Wilson II / STREETS Oakland except where third-party ownership is identified.
No transfer by access
Publication, display, demonstration, discussion, review, transmission, access, or submission does not transfer ownership, assign rights, dedicate material to the public domain, or grant an unrestricted license.
Restricted implementation material
Nonpublic code, implementation specifications, detailed scoring logic, internal controls, security material, pricing logic, technical diagrams, operating procedures, and confidential know-how remain subject to legally available protections and written-access limits.
Government and institutional review
