Ownership

Protected review
Proposals, previews, demonstrations, partner materials, and protected downloads are supplied for the stated review or evaluation purpose. Review does not itself grant implementation, commercialization, sublicensing, assignment, or ownership rights.
Governmental recipients
A municipality, agency, department, contractor, consultant, grantee, vendor, funder, university, or nonprofit does not acquire STREETS intellectual property merely by receiving or evaluating STREETS materials. A controlling solicitation or signed agreement may establish different obligations.
Current version
Version 2.0. Effective September 23, 2026. The Intellectual Property, Ownership & Reservation of Rights Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
